Media Marketing Manager

About the Role:

The MIM Manager is a key member of the Company's media and integrated marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing media strategies that drive business results. Reporting to the Director of Media and Integrated Marketing, this role requires a deep understanding of consumer goods categories, media planning and buying, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media plans that drive audience engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media strategies with marketing initiatives
  • Manage media budgets and optimize ROI through data-driven decision making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media and marketing
  • Partner with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality media campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing, integrated marketing communication, and/or media planning and buying
  • Proven track record of driving business results through media and marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
