About the Role

Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to spearhead Organizational Change Management strategies for a portfolio of projects and initiatives. As a key member of our Learning and Organizational Development team, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute transformation change strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage organizational change management plans to support transformation and corporate projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Support the development of communication and training plans to facilitate smooth transitions
  • Track and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Define metrics and evaluation criteria to measure the success of change management efforts
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Human Resources
  • Prosci certification or equivalent certification from an accredited institution
  • At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others to move toward a common vision
