About the Role

This position involves starting your career in claims and developing skills required for investigating, adjusting, and examining multi-line claims at a junior level.

As an Adjuster Trainee, you will enter into a period of structured training to obtain the skills needed to succeed in a career in claims.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will handle, investigate, and manage claims, reviewing coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements.
  • You will ensure appropriate coverage is in place and follow guidelines and instructions.
  • You will prepare documents and mandatory forms as required.
  • You will manage a case load of claim matters in compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
  • You will manage reserves, payments, and financials.
  • You will provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • You must have a valid Driver's license.
  • You should be able to obtain an adjuster's license.
  • You should have previously demonstrated ability to execute high attention to detail.
  • You should have demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and proven organizational skills.
  • You should have demonstrated behaviors showing initiative and follow-up skills.
  • You should have demonstrated professionalism and work ethic.
  • You should be able to contribute to and work well with a team environment.
