Executive Summary
This exceptional leadership role is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the operations team at Great Canadian Entertainment. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Operations - GTA, the successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving business growth, optimizing operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the guest experience
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to the site leadership team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships, drive business development, and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures, and maintain a safe and welcoming work environment
- Collaborate with the One Toronto Gaming (OTG) senior leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business results
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of gaming management experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a commitment to excellence
- Proven ability to manage a large and diverse workforce, with a focus on employee engagement, retention, and development
