Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Information Technology Specialist to support our clients in Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network equipment.
  • Monitor and ensure the security, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades and installations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to support system integration and application development.
  • Manage data backups and disaster recovery processes.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an IT role, with a focus on system administration, network management, or technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking technologies.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Specialist) are a plus.
