About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Souvlike. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut and trim meats to standard cuts
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh and price meat products
  • Sell meats to customers
  • Grind and slice meats as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
