Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at TWOMAN CANADA INC. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meat products for processing and cutting
  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Price meat products
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
  • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
  • Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers
  • Slice cooked meats
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
Work Environment

As a Butcher at TWOMAN CANADA INC, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Or equivalent experience

Working Conditions

As a Butcher at TWOMAN CANADA INC, you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
