Job Title: Plant Operations Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operations Vice-President to join our team at Landmark Club Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and implementing policies and procedures to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Human resource planning and development.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
