Client Service Manager

At Northbridge Financial Corporation, we're seeking a skilled Client Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Specialty Lines team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Managing General Agencies (MGAs), reinsurance brokers, and reinsurers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client and reinsurer requests to resolve questions related to the fronting portfolio.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with MGAs, reinsurance brokers, and reinsurers.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to other Specialty Lines staff to ensure they're supported in their roles.
- Assist the Director of Specialty Lines – Fronting in managing operational activities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Commercial Underwriting experience, with a strong focus on Fronting.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Insurance accounting principle knowledge, including earning factors, reserves, Accounts Payable and Receivables.
