Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Little Feet Big Steps. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess children's development to prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Lead activities that promote creativity, social skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
