Job Summary

Crew members play a vital role in the success of our restaurant, working in assigned areas to prepare food and serve customers. Key responsibilities include cooking, preparing menu items, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Functions
  • Perform food production duties or serve customers at the cash register, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure operations excellence by following established systems and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure a clean guest area.
  • Assist in the delivery and monitoring of quality products, checking product shelf-life, temperature, and equipment assembly.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, assisting with preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Understand and follow company policies, workplace safety standards, and food safety practices.
  • Report workplace problems and concerns to the supervisor on duty.
  • Assist with receiving, handling, storage, and preparation of food and packaging materials.
Non-Essential Functions
  • Experienced crew members may train or support training of new-hire crew members.
  • Assist the store management team with restaurant operations-related duties as necessary.
Job Specifications
  • Education, Training, Experience
    • Minimum of two years high school education.
    • 1 year of crew member experience in a similar industry.
  • Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications (Required Training, License and Certification)
    • Food Safety training from an ANSI approved food safety training provider.
    • Food Handler Certification or equivalent.

  5. Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  6. Need to see well enough to read POS screens, equipment displays, labels, job aids, and instruction materials.
  7. Need to speak and hear well enough to receive instructions and communicate with co-workers and customers.
  8. Required to work irregular hours, varying work shifts schedules.
  • Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to:
