About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Trail Crew as a Trail Crew Member - Slopes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the ski runs and trails at Grouse Mountain, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform summer slope grooming, including clearing of ski runs, brush cutting/trimming, and trail building
  • Assist with fire prevention and erosion control efforts
  • Perform manual tasks, including cleaning up and tear-down, transport, and assisting with line control and guest-related duties
Requirements
  • Excellent physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Functional knowledge of mountain operations an asset
  • OFA Level 3 an asset
  • Valid driver's license required
