Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented professional to help establish a new clinic in our region. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding client care in hearing services, building brand awareness, and cultivating community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive hearing services, including diagnostics and dispensing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote our services and grow our business
  • Contribute to the development of our clinic's operational standards and policies
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • Registered with ACSLPA or CHAPA in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of hearing health care products and services, with experience in diagnostics and dispensing
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for business development and fostering community partnerships through marketing initiatives
  • Experience in event planning, lead generation, and business development considered a significant asset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and community partners
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office applications
