About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Foam Insulation Installer to join our team at 1999126 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing foam insulation in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select the appropriate type of insulation required for the job
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods
  • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
  • Apply waterproofing cement or other materials over insulating materials
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours of work per week
