At WTW, our Retirement Consulting Team provides expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support global organizations in designing, managing, administering, and communicating various retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, fund, price, and implement and manage retirement programs
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs
  • Support corporate restructuring and capital enhancement initiatives, including demutualization, securitization, mergers & acquisitions
  • Collaborate with a wide range of associates at all levels within the local practice
  • Perform asset/liability modeling
  • Conduct annual pension (qualified and nonqualified) and post-retirement medical valuations for a variety of clients
  • Assist with completion of plan reporting and filing requirements
  • Perform plan administrative tasks, including benefit calculations, reviewing plan documents and SPDs, and producing benefit statements
