Bakery Specialist

AMAZING BAKERY is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, rolls, muffins, and cakes.
- Operate machinery and equipment to mix, knead, and bake dough and batters.
- Requisition and order materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Prepare special orders and custom cakes for customers.
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve our bakery goals.
- College diploma or equivalent experience in baking or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
