We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Convenience Store Sales Associate to join our team at Alaska Highway Truck & Towing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-6 months of retail experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
