Clinical Dietitian Position

Job Summary:
The Clinical Dietitian is a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for providing expert nutrition assessment, management, and support to clients and communities in Southern Health-Santé Sud. This role requires a strong understanding of nutrition and dietetic theory, as well as excellent critical thinking and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized plans to improve client health outcomes • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide nutrition education and support to clients and families • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Nutritional Sciences or equivalent • Dietetic Internship Certificate from an accredited program • Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Manitoba (CDM) • Member of Dietitians of Canada (recommended) • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dietitian or in a nutrition-related profession • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively in a diverse healthcare environment • Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance How to Apply: If you are a motivated and compassionate healthcare professional looking to make a difference in the lives of others, please submit your application today.-
