As our President & CEO's trusted driver, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their timely arrival at meetings, events, site visits, and appointments. Your discretion and professionalism are essential in handling confidential information with poise and tact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the President's daily schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, events, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Drive the President to various locations, guaranteeing punctual arrival and providing a secure, comfortable environment during transportation.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost care and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless coordination.
  • E nsure the President is well-prepared for all engagements, providing timely access to necessary materials and information.
  • Maintain the vehicle in exceptional condition, adhering to strict standards of cleanliness, fuel efficiency, and overall performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in organizational skills, time management, and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion, coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • An asset: proficiency in French, background in military or police service, and demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
