About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Attendant to join our team at HM Kitchener Inc. As a Physical Therapy Attendant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Programs: Assist in carrying out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Information Materials: Develop and provide information materials to patients to support their understanding of their treatment plans.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Set up, dismantle, clean, and maintain equipment as required.
  • Assistance: Assist chiropractors with patient health education and connect treatment machines to patients as directed.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we are open to training the right candidate.

As a Physical Therapy Attendant at HM Kitchener Inc., you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of healthcare professionals. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
