About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Attendant to join our team at HM Kitchener Inc. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Programs: Assist physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists in carrying out treatment programs to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Information Materials: Develop and provide information materials to patients to support their understanding of their treatment plans.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Set up, dismantle, clean, and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Chiropractic Support: Assist the chiropractor with patient health education and connect treatment machines to patients as directed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the rehabilitation team as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
