Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Hustle Deliveries is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Task Planning: Develop and implement plans to optimize task allocation and workflow, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and vehicle dispatch.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
