Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Pacific Atlantic Freight Systems Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one place to another.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the dispatch of vehicles and personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and submit reports on transportation activities and costs
  • Collaborate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve logistics operations and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch management software
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time position with a 37.5 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
