We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Financial Services Specialist to join our team at National Bank.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer their questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ATMs, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve situations that may be complex, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs, ensuring seamless transitions and continued support.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Salary and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
