Store Manager Role at Pet Valu

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team at Pet Valu. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coaching and developing your team, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop store team members to deliver world-class customer service
  • Manage a team of employees, including recruiting, scheduling, training, and day-to-day assignment of tasks
  • Ensure all customer service standards are met and maintain courteous relationships within the community
  • Coordinate order placements, maintain inventory, and ensure store audits and safety audits are completed
  • Drive business results by coordinating efforts of store staff to achieve targeted results
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service and retail store management experience
  • Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store
  • Industry experience an asset
