Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your store team to deliver exceptional customer service and help Pet Parents find the right nutrition and solutions for their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop store team members to deliver world-class customer service
  • Manage a team of employees, including recruiting, scheduling, training, and day-to-day assignment of tasks
  • Ensure all staff adhere to operational standards and procedures
  • Coordinate order placements, maintain inventory, and complete store audits and safety audits
  • Coordinate minor store repairs and complete miscellaneous corporate paperwork
  • Drive business results by coordinating efforts of store staff to achieve targeted results
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service and retail store management experience
  • Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store
  • Industry experience an asset
