Assistant Professor in Management

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a tenure-stream professor in the Department of Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC). The successful candidate will have a strong research background in operations management and analytics, with a demonstrated ability to teach and mentor students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
About the PositionThis is a full-time tenure-stream position that will contribute to the growth and development of our department. The successful candidate will be expected to teach and develop courses in operations management and analytics, as well as conduct research and publish in top-tier journals.
Responsibilities- Teach and develop courses in operations management and analytics
- Conduct research and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor and advise students at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Contribute to the growth and development of the department
The successful candidate will have a PhD degree in operations management, operations research, analytics, or a closely related field. They will also have a demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching, as well as a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
