Position Overviews:

Management Consultants work closely with clients to optimize business operations, execute strategic plans, and implement process improvements. As part of the engagement team, you will take ownership of specific areas of the transformation and apply management principles to deliver results.


Engagement Managers serve as trusted advisors to our clients, controlling the tactical operation of engagements and architecting the client's future state operating model. You will be responsible for delivering committed benefits, securing client satisfaction, and leading a team of consultants to achieve exceptional results.


Career Progression and Compensation:

The Management Consultant role offers a defined 30-month career path, with opportunities for accelerated career development and mentorship. You will be compensated commensurate with your background, with average annual earnings of $130,000 between the 18-30 month mark. Upon promotion to Engagement Manager, you will have the potential to earn between $250,000 and $350,000+ annually.


Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field of study
  • Management Consultant: 2-5 years of managerial success in a manufacturing supervisory role
  • Engagement Manager: 6-10 years of managerial success in a manufacturing management role
  • Ability to travel and work directly on client sites
  • Quantitative reasoning capability, business acumen, and leadership skills
  • Personal attributes: intellectual curiosity, passion for business leadership, positive attitude, and commitment to mission
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, work under pressure, and seek direction for rapid professional development
  • Legal right to work full-time in Canada without sponsorship
  • Canadian passport or ability to obtain one prior to start date


Recruitment Process and Position Location:
