Responsibilities

  • Prepare dough for various baked goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Requisition or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with precision
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas regularly


Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
