Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our Clinical Programs team at Bruyère. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care to patients, working closely with our Clinical Manager and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, dietary needs, and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments, analyze data, and provide recommendations to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments in clinical nutrition.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from a recognized university, with internship completed.
  • Member, College of Dietitians of Ontario.
  • Experience with enteral feedings and knowledge of Computrition.
  • Fluent in French and English (candidates who do not meet this language requirement may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants).
