Liquor Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign and coordinate tasks for sales staff
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and train sales staff to meet performance expectations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Our store is located in a busy retail area with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, and you must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
