- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff to ensure a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist students with daily living skills, such as personal hygiene and feeding, as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students.
- Experience working with students with complex needs and behavioral challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and patient approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A competitive salary range of $18.01 to $25.31 per hour, dependent on experience and education.
