As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address complex musculoskeletal and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients with diverse caseloads, including those funded by WSBC and other 3rd party funders.
  • Conduct job demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, cognitive abilities evaluations, and other assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team, stakeholders, and other Occupational Therapists to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists in British Columbia.
  • Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions.
  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology.
