Healthcare Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Manager to join our team at VON Canada (Ontario). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our home care services in a dynamic and rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Healthcare Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality home care services;
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of staff and making recommendations for improvement;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including client information and staff performance data.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field;
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario;
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a home care setting;
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
