About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Nova. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job duties and responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Oversee the preparation and presentation of our food, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage our restaurant's budget, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop our staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
