About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at KFC. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances, as well as supervising kitchen staff and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Diploma or certification in culinary arts
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software
