Chief Financial Officer

Dulcedo Management, a leading talent management group in Canada and North America, is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and accounting, with experience in leading and managing finance teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The CFO will work closely with the Corporate Controller and VP Finance to formulate strategies and plans to improve financial forecasting and support senior management decision-making. They will also be responsible for managing cash flow, approving expenses, and ensuring compliance with cash management policies.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and an MBA or master's degree in finance or accounting is highly preferred. They will have at least 10 years of experience in financial management roles, with a proven track record in financial planning and strategy, accounting, and budget management.
