We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Access Storage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
- Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations and rental payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Travel between locations to inspect storage units and ensure they are clean and rent-ready
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential

Requirements
