Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at GameStop. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Computer and Technology: Maintain knowledge of point-of-sale systems and other technology used in the store.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that the store is secure and safe for customers and staff.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate efficiency, hard work, integrity, positive attitude, time management, client focus, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
