Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Alpine Building Maintenance. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to current COVID-19 protocols, including mask-wearing, disinfecting procedures, and social distancing measures.
- Complete cleaning tasks as instructed, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Maintain open communication with our Operations/ Site Manager regarding any issues, notes, or necessary information.
- Ensure you have and maintain necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, unless provided by Alpine.
- A flexible work environment and opportunities for long-term partnership.
- A competitive compensation package, including a $400 bonus for those who have graduated from the Building Support Worker Program after one year of service.
