Cleaner Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at RADIGOS CLEANING SERVICES. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks in various areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Dust and polish surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners in waste receptacles.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and paper products as needed.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.
