About the Role

SaskEnergy is seeking a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital, Technology & Security (DT&S) division, you will be responsible for providing deliverables on select business-related initiatives and IT projects, leveraging the Prosci/ADKAR methodology for Organizational Change Management.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare for change by working with the project team through the Project Manager and/or Business Lead assigned to understand the project and assess the magnitude of change from the current state to post-implementation.
- Maintain project documentation related to the organizational change management activities as per SaskEnergy project standards and guidance.
- Follow Prosci/ADKAR methodology and the standards set out by Change and Business Solutions to deliver OCM for the project(s) and/or initiative(s).
- Facilitate discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.
- Identify a set of actionable and targeted OCM activities and efforts to be included in the overall project plan.
- Develop the required organizational change management deliverables including, but not limited to, the Change Management strategy, Change Management Plan, communication plan, sponsor engagement and reports, training plan, reinforcement plan, and resistance management plan.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues, and anticipated points of resistance, and make recommendations as necessary.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members as required.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and knowledge in organizational change management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. A North American job experience is considered an asset for this proposal.
