Administrative Coordinator

At the Advanced Learning Centre, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for answering telephone and electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Flexibility, organized, team player, client focus, reliability
