As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that excels in developing new business and nurturing and growing existing business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent that excels in developing new business and nurturing and growing existing business.
  2. Enabling positive outcomes internally by ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved through coaching and skills development.
  3. Identifying target clients and contacts and supporting business plan development and activities.
  4. Participating in leading and supporting prospect and client meetings.
  5. Measuring, monitoring, and performance managing financial, sales, and client staffing objectives and results.
  6. Leveraging technology and promoting processes in support of achieving efficiencies and effectiveness.
  7. Promoting all relevant Agilus staffing specialties to our valued client partners.
  8. Delivering positive outcomes externally by elevating client and candidate experiences through your market and industry acumen and strength in relationship management.
