Job Summary:

MBC is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our escalation team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of various IT systems, including Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for customers, resolving complex technical issues related to network infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Server.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and conduct regular business continuity tests.
  • Design and deploy private cloud and data center environments, as well as migrate clients to public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
  • Work with clients to understand their IT needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of remote monitoring platforms, Microsoft Windows Server, and Office 365 Exchange Online.
  • Experience with deploying and troubleshooting Hyper-V and VMWare environments, as well as L3 routing, L2 VLANs, and VPN technologies.
  • Expertise in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing SonicWALL firewalls and switches.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
  • Knowledge of private cloud and data center environments, as well as public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
