Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Brandt. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with sales activities, such as preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and communicating with customers.
  • Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and promoting our products and services.
  • Process sales paperwork, including invoices, contracts, and other documents.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our sales process, tools, and systems.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels and sales trends.
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow with our team.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
