Concrete Finisher Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Superior Foundations Limited. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to meet our quality standards.
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to complete the concrete structure.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from damage.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to ensure they are safe and durable.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain our high standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand the project requirements.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a dusty and noisy environment, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
