Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2015283 Alberta Ltd O/A Quality Donair. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Hire and manage food service staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Work Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
    • Work Environment
      • Fast-paced environment with high customer volume.
    • Physical Demands
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Personal Qualities
      • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
