**Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to support our Production and Warehouse Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations in the warehouse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning daily incoming and outgoing trucks, inspecting and verifying merchandise, and maintaining internal record-keeping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Operations: Plan daily incoming and outgoing trucks, schedule dock appointments, and evaluate time load & unload, time of arrival/departure
  2. Liaison Role: Act as a liaison with Customer Service and receive and file all PO from Purchasing Department
  3. Inventory Management: Inspect and verify that the incoming merchandise corresponds to the invoices and/or other documents, match BOL with PO, and maintain internal record-keeping system
  4. Quality Control: Record non-conformity of merchandises between the initial order and the delivery (Discrepancy), record shortages and rejects damaged goods, and monitor all product returns and handling
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and sanitary conditions, adhere to health and safety government rules and regulations, and report hazards to the Production and Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Language spoken and written: English
  • Analytical and adaptation capacity
  • Time and priorities management, autonomy
  • Courtesy and discernment and rigor
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite Office
  • Knowledge of D365, an asset
  • Knowledge of MAPEI products, an asset
  • Supervisory skills
