Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat: Clean and trim meats to prepare for processing or cutting, and cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Meat Handling and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure they are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Meat Weighing and Sales: Weigh meats for sale and sell meats to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Meat Preparation and Removal of Bones: Remove bones from meat to ensure it is ready for sale.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all meat products meet our quality standards.
